HAULNEST does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges once an order is placed or delivered. Check the product description, images, variant selection, and delivery details carefully before ordering. This policy does not limit a remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
₹50 COD confirmation payment
- Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible carts and serviceable destination PIN codes.
- To confirm a COD order, ₹50 is paid online through Cashfree before fulfillment begins.
- The ₹50 is credited toward the order total. Shiprocket collects only the remaining balance at delivery.
- Once paid, the ₹50 confirmation payment is non-refundable if the order is cancelled, refused at delivery, returned to origin, or cannot be delivered.
Delivery and tracking
Courier availability and delivery estimates depend on live Shiprocket serviceability results. Shipment updates and tracking are available in the WooCommerce order details after a courier is assigned.
